In these Terms and Conditions "we", "our", "us" and "Autosgealming" refer to "Autosgleaming"; "you", "your" and "yourself" refers to the customer and/or user of the website.

Description of Service. AUTOSGLEAMING is an online shop (the Service) that offers automobile, valeting, janitorial, refinishing products to trade and retail customers. Both national and internationally

Acceptance of Terms. By accessing the content of www.autosgleaming.com ("the Website") you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein and you accept our privacy policy available via the link on our home page. If you do not agree or accept any of the terms and conditions bound upon you from Autosgleaming on line-shop you should not proceed any further on any purchases. You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable British laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information. You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.

Copyright. All visual properties of Autosgleaming such as images, trade names, patents, trademarks, registered designs used or represented on the Autosgleaming website remain the property of Autosgleaming. It is prohibited that any of the above will be used for copying, downloading, reproducing, printing, or any material contained within the Website.

Disclaimers. Autosgleaming accept no liability for loss or damages from the result of miss use of products, not used in conjunction with manufacturers guidelines.

Autosgleaming reserve the right to review any order at any time, and goods will be dispatched at our discretion. Shipping cost may also be amended upon order receipt. Autosgleaming reserves the right to refund any monies received in relation to an order and cancel the order if it believes the order to be fraudulent. We reserve the writes to change any product pricing due to incorrect item pricing. In this event orders will be cancelled whether or not they have been confirmed, and full refunds will be awarded accordingly.

Warrantees. All equipments supplied by Autosgleaming are covered by manufactures grantees.

Trade accounts.

Trade accounts can be opened on the basis application forms are completed and accepted by Autosgleaming.

Postage

Goods will be shipped to you in accordance with size, weight and area.

Providing the required quantities are held in stock and are ordered before 11am then goods will usually dispatched the next day. Maximum handling process is 72 hours.

International Sales.

International purchases will require reviews for ‘final fee’ in accordance with international shipping costs, taxes and exchange rates.

Third Parties. The Website may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by other parties. We do not control such websites and we take no responsibility for, and will not incur any liability in respect of, their content. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of views, statements or information contained in such websites.

Complaints Procedure.  You can make a complaint in writing, or by e-mail. Please state your invoice/order number upon documentation of your complaint.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours of the document receipt.

Faulty Items

In the event of faulty items you may have received, where appropriate we will arrange collection of the goods and replacements to be delivered. Goods returned as faulty but found to be not faulty will incur a charge of 25%. We accept no liability for items damaged within courier shipping, unless insured cover option is selected.

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any purchased items within 7 working days after receipt of the goods. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent in the relevant packaging originally posted in. The customer will be responsible for the safe return of the goods.

A fee of 25% of the original invoice value may be retained by Autosgleaming for goods being returned after 5 working days.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited via the same application they were purchased by. This may take five working days to appear on account statements.
